Auto CoverageSaver ("we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that allows us to send SMS and MMS messages to users who have opted in. By participating in this Program, you agree to receive autodialed marketing text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include promotional offers, insurance quotes, reminders, and other marketing communications related to auto insurance products and services.
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting your information through our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Auto CoverageSaver and our marketing partners. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You acknowledge that text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded voice technology. You understand that consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per week, depending on your interactions, requests, and the availability of relevant offers. The number of messages you receive depends on the number of insurance partners attempting to reach you with quotes and offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan for details. Auto CoverageSaver is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of text messages sent to or from your mobile device. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message, and you will no longer receive marketing text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
Please note that opting out of our messages does not automatically opt you out of messages from our marketing partners. You must contact each partner directly to opt out of their communications.

Our Program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or deactivate the mobile phone number you provided, you agree to notify us immediately at contact@autocoveragesaver.com to update your information. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto CoverageSaver and its partners from any claims arising from messages sent to a phone number that has been reassigned to another person.
The Program is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our messaging services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time without notice.
